Welcome to Farsummer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Farsummer website, software platform, data, visualizations, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Farsummer is a software platform that models and visualizes the estimated cost of corporate decarbonization pathways. The Service uses publicly available information, proprietary data processing, AI-assisted research and classification, and modeling techniques to estimate Marginal Abatement Cost Curves ("MACCs") and evaluate how technologies may reduce future decarbonization costs.
The Service is intended for research, planning, education, and analytical purposes.
The Service may be offered as a beta, pilot, preview, or early-access product.
You acknowledge that the Service may:
Farsummer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

This does not transfer ownership of your User Content.
The Service, including its software, user interface, datasets, taxonomy, models, methodology, documentation, visualizations, designs, names, logos, and other content, is owned by Farsummer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Farsummer intellectual property to you.
The Service may include information derived from public corporate disclosures, sustainability reports, transition plans, emissions inventories, cost references, and other third-party or publicly available sources.
Farsummer does not guarantee that third-party or public information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
References to companies, technologies, products, or organizations do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Some Farsummer datasets, classifications, cost estimates, abatement pathway estimates, and analytical outputs may be generated or supported by AI-assisted extraction, classification, summarization, research, and modeling.
Farsummer outputs are based on public information, proprietary methodology, assumptions, and estimates.
The outputs of the Service, including estimated emissions pathways, abatement costs, technology impacts, market sizing, savings estimates, and other analyses:
You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, relevance, and suitability of any Service output for your intended use.
The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
Nothing in the Service constitutes:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARSUMMER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
